Morgan Howell’s incredible supersize paintings of classic singles have gone down a storm with clients of the gallery.  From each original painting Morgan creates limited edition prints – but these are not like any kind of prints you will have seen before. Measuring 32x 32 inches when framed, these are three dimensional works of art, deliberately distressed to replicate the cherished time-worn singles on which they are based, and consist of a huge vinyl disk in a canvas bag, box framed so that the single appears to float on a polished chrome spindle.

Morgan has now added a number of new pieces to his archive: “I Will Follow” by U2, “Year of the Cat” by Al Stewart, “A Whiter Shade of Pale” by Procol Harum, “Wonderful Land” by The Shadows, “Yesterday” by The Beatles (Capitol), “Fame” by David Bowie and “All Along The Watchtower” by Jimi Hendrix.

They also come in a smaller version with a slightly different construction. We generally have examples of Morgan’s work to show you if you would like to see how they look – just get in touch and we can arrange a viewing.
