Coronavirus update

As a result of the growing threat caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, we have closed the physical gallery space with immediate effect. Once the government determine that it is safe to re-open, we will open the doors once more.

Exhibition in progress: Masterplan25: Oasis by Michael Spencer Jones

When we closed, we were just one week into a really beautiful exhibition of Oasis photographs by Michael Spencer Jones—Masterplan25. Once it is safe to open the doors again, that exhibition will continue for a good chunk of time. We will be announcing new extended dates as soon as we know. In the meantime, you can check out the exhibition online here.

Sales during the Coronavirus closure

We are operating online while the physical gallery is temporarily closed, and we have been shipping regularly to clients worldwide. That will continue throughout the lockdown. We have hundreds of items in stock and ready to ship immediately. Where an item is not in inventory, it can often still be supplied with minimal delay. Some artists still make their own prints, or have printed entire editions at the outset, and as a result we are able to turn around these types of orders quickly.

Sometimes however, the Coronavirus will give rise to a lengthier delay. For example, where a particular artist makes artwork to order and is relying on a specialist lab to produce an artwork, delays will arise because labs are closed in London, New York and other major centres.

To ensure you have the best possible information on timing for the delivery of your artwork, we recommend you get in touch with us to confirm timings before you make an online purchase. It may be that we are able to supply an alternative quickly from inventory if your first choice is not going to be available for some time.

For any enquiries please call the main gallery number – 0207 493 1152 or email us on info@snapgalleries.com and we will get back to you as soon we can.

Keep safe and we will see you on the other side of the war.
