Plum Jam. I’m quite proud of that little title. See what we did there? No…? Well, Plum = really good. Jam = The Jam, photographs thereof. But also – cue drum roll –  Plum Jam: the stuff you put on your toast.

Should have had a career in advertising. Or then again..

Anyway, back to the main point. Every so often we have the pleasure to meet a photographer with an important archive who has never made their work available on the collectors market before. Martyn Goddard is such a photographer, and a really nice guy as well.

The Jam, Blondie, Echo and The Bunnymen, Sham 69, Ian Dury, U2, Abba, Wham, Spandau Ballet, Queen, Elton John, Eddie Grant, Jethro Tull and more have appeared in his photographs.

We particularly love this fine out-take from The Jam’s ‘In The City’ sessions, because they are one of our favourite bands of all time and it shows that despite what you may read, they could have a laugh with each other.

Martyn is releasing signed limited editions in a range of physical sizes at very affordable prices.

In November we will be adding a comprehensive selection of work from Martyn’s archive, but for now feast your eyeballs on some plum Jam offerings.
