Handel House Museum - Jimi Hendrix exhibit

Less than 10 minutes walk from the gallery, and you will be at Handel House Museum on Brook Street, home of Jimi Hendrix (and Handel of course).

They have a fantastic Hendrix exhibition running until early November, which you should definitely check out. We were lucky enough to attend the opening - it's a fascinating collection of art and memorabilia in a beautiful setting and well worth a visit. The Museum will also host a series of events inspired by the exhibition, including visits to Jimi Hendrix' flat, a Hendrix Walking tour, a workshop to learn the licks and the tricks, and more.

Here's our favourite exhibit - a caricature of Jimi drawn by Jimi, and featuring Eric Clapton and others. It's incredibly detailed and repays careful study. Go see.
