Classic Hendrix pieces approach the end of their editions

Two fine specimens are soon to sell out. Think about them before its too late.

Gered Mankowitz 1967 studio portrait of Jimi Hendrix ( shown alongside) is one of the most important studio portraits of Jimi, period. It is rightly known as 'Jimi Classic'.

It won't come as any surprise to anyone to learn that the limited edition silver gelatin photographs of 'Jimi Classic' that Gered offers over a range of three paper sizes are getting right down to the wire.

It is a similar story with limited edition silver gelatins of his other 'signature' photograph - Jimi Smoking

Both these pieces are stone cold classics. If we had to pick one, well, we couldn't - we would pick both.

If you are after something small scale and exquisite, a real precious object, you should consider the smaller scale platinum variants of these special pieces, which are part of Gered's platinum icons box set.

We always get asked about the investment potential of photographs. In our view, these have it in spades. More importantly, you can enjoy them every single day.

Have a think about it.

While there's time.
