Ken Regan's Rolling Stones photographs

Ken Regan is probably best known for his photographs of Bob Dylan - he was the official photographer on Bob Dylan's Rolling Thunder Revue in 1975. For our new exhibition, we are delighted to present a special collection of work from the Rolling Stones archives of two photographers, Dominique Tarle and Michael Cooper. Michael photographed the band in the late sixties, and made the Satanic Majesties cover ( a pastiche on his earlier Sergeant Pepper photograph) while Dominique is best known for the deeply atmospheric pictures he made at Villa Nellcote in 1971, when the Stones recorded Exile on Main Street.  Read more...
